- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Disappointed with the reception service while picking up friends for their airport drop off and sorting out children for their trip back to Victoria. Tried to call to discuss my disappointment with reception after a 10 minute wait to lift the boom gate but on hold for more than 6 minutes adding more wasted time to my already full and busy day.
